If needed, we can always discuss extending our time together and then bill accordingly.

I will offer thoughtful, science-backed questions in a way that helps you to reflect with intention and discern your own wants, hopes, dreams, passions, and needs. I will provide (or point you toward) data-driven tools and integrative experiences that can empower you to root yourself in competence and contentment. And, when asked, I will offer suggestions and invite your consideration.
And what you choose to do with that information is completely up to you.
